
Victoria police say they have located an orange 1960’s era Ford AC Cobra sports car and its driver after a hit-and-run collision on Wednesday evening.
In a police report issued on Thursday, VicPD says that officers received a call about an incident on the 400-block of Wilson Street.
The report was of a hit-and-run that occurred around 5:30 pm PT. According to police, the orange Ford AC Cobra was involved with a crash at a residence along Wilson Street, fleeing the scene after the incident.
Police say that there were two people in the sports car at the time of the crash. The orange 1960’s sports car has a black hood stripe, black lettering that reads “1097 AA/SP” and “Dragonsnake” with a cartoon decal on the side.
Victoria Police have said that the crash caused significant damage to the residential property on Wilson Street.
On Thursday afternoon, police confirmed the car and driver had been located.
