Victoria police are asking the public for help in finding a missing 23-year-old man.
Police said Jacob Scott was reported missing by his family on Nov. 15 after he not heard from for several days. According to police, this is unusual behaviour.
VicPD also said Scott was seen in Saanich on Oct. 19.
Scott is described by police as Caucasian, 5’10,” with a slim build. He has blond hair and blond facial hair, often in the form of a stubble and a rough complexion. Scott also has several tattoos, including an “old-school” style nautical tattoo on his left forearm of a female sailor and a ship’s wheel and a banner that reads “steady as she goes.”

The image of Scott that police have released is the only one they are able to find at this time.
