Victoria police say they want to speak to a man and witnesses after a suspicious incident in the Fairfield neighbourhood was reported.
Police say a woman called them to report on Nov. 5 at around 8 a.m., a man spoke to her 11-year-old daughter in the Moss Street and Thurlow Road area. The girl reported the man’s comment was concerning and she continued to walk away from him. She last saw him meeting with two other men that were standing near a white truck at the corner of Thurlow Road. The girl was not injured during the interaction.
The man is described by police as a Caucasian man in his 20s, with brown hair. He may be associated with a rusty, older model blue car, which was parked on Thurlow Road.
Police say they are looking to talk with the man involved in the incident and any witnesses who may have ssen the incident.
