Quadra Street between Rogers and Ambassador avenues is closed due to a downed power pole.
One block of Quadra Street is closed after the driver of a vehicle struck and downed a power pole, according to Saanich Police.
Quadra is closed between Ambassador and Rogers avenues while crews deal with the downed power pole.
In a release, Saanich Police say the single-vehicle crash happened around 4:40 a.m.
BC Transit tweeted that due to the road closure, the 6 route is on a detour.
