A developer has put forward a proposal to build what would be Vancouver Island’s tallest building.
Townline, a Vancouver-based developer, has applied to build the high rise in Downtown Victoria.
The structure would be 30-storeys, which would make it the largest structure on the Island.
The proposed building location is the site of the old Hudson’s Bay parkade, which was torn down last year.
The City of Victoria has yet to approve the application.
