WATCH: Despite playing with a heavy heart all season long, the U14 Victoria Devils returned home from Montreal with a bronze medal at the 2018 Canadian Fastball Championships. Earlier this year, 13-year-old Robin Carey passed away from an aggressive form of a Group A streptococcal infection. Carey was the Devil’s back catcher. Throughout the season, she was the team’s inspiration.
