Two people found dead in Saanich parking lot; deaths not considered suspicious

Saanich police say investigations are underway after two people were found dead in a parking lot Thursday.

The bodies were found inside a vehicle in a lot in the 3600-block of Richmond Road at around 9 a.m.

“While the investigation remains ongoing, their deaths do not appear to be suspicious,” Saanich police said in a news release.

The BC Coroners Service also attended and is conducting its own investigation.
