With an approval rating that’s the highest country, there is growing speculation that B.C. Premier John Horgan will call an election as early as this fall. If he does, will it be safe to go to the polls?

In this week’s edition of The New Normal, CHEK’s Stacy Ross talks to Andrew Watson, communication’s director with Elections BC, about what voting and an election would look like amid a deadly pandemic.

Watson says Elections BC would consider extending the number of advanced voting days from six to seven if a provincial election were to take place during the pandemic.
