Comox Valley RCMP has recovered stolen property from a break and enter in Courtenay Tuesday and a 37-year-old man has been arrested.

Police say Bradley James Miller of Courtenay faces charges of break and enter, possession of stolen property and breach of recognizance.

Slegg Building Materials in the 3200-block of Small Road called RCMP to report a break and enter.

RCMP said a suspect already fled the scene with about $3,000 worth of property.

A search warrant was obtained by Comox Valley RCMP and after a search of a residence, officers recovered all stolen property.
