One woman has been arrested while another has been taken to hospital after an early morning stabbing Thursday in Colwood.
West Shore RCMP responded to a call of an injured female following an argument at a Colwood home.
When they arrived, officers found the victim with multiple stab wounds.
A suspect was identified and officers arrested a woman at the residence.
“Our serious crime investigators are gathering evidence at the scene and interviewing witnesses,” said Cpl. Chris Dovell.
“A female suspect was arrested for aggravated assault. The victim remains in hospital in stable condition with serious but non-life threatening injuries.”
Police are seeking assistance from anyone with information about the incident and asking you to call West Shore RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
