It appears someone got tired of being told how fast they were driving in Lantzville.
That’s because a solar-powered speed radar sign was stolen from the side of the road near the Lantzville Road and Owen Road intersection.
The theft occurred sometime between Jan. 24 and Jan. 25.
Nanaimo RCMP said in a recent press release that the sign was padlocked to a concrete base, which was also taken.
