West Shore RCMP shared news of the crash shortly before 3 p.m. on Oct. 24, 2023.
Sooke Road near Royal Roads University is blocked off after a driver hit a power pole, according to West Shore RCMP.
Officers are currently on scene, and photos show the Colwood Fire Department on scene as well.
West Shore RCMP says it will share when the road reopens.
