There may be a new way to get around Campbell River.
Kiley Panziera, who was a passenger in a vehicle, filmed the footage of a man riding a shopping cart on Dogwood Street in Campbell River. She posted the video to Facebook on Friday and it has now been viewed more than 100,000 times.
“This guy is an animal! Not gonna lie I?m impressed #campbellrivertalent,” Panziera wrote in the post.
The cart’s rider spoke to CHEK News and said he used shopping carts to collect bottles. He also said when he comes to a hill, he will just hop onto the cart. In the video, he is approaching speeds of 40 kilometres an hour.
