Earthquakes Canada
A series of moderate earthquakes struck off the coast of Vancouver Island on Wednesday afternoon.
The largest was an M4.8 quake registered at 4:34 p.m. at a depth of 10-kilometers some 188 kilometers west of Port Hardy.
Two earlier quakes including a M4.0 and a M4.1 struck just before 4 p.m. in the same area.
A M4.0 earthquake was registered at 4:54 p.m.
There is no Tsunami expected and no reports of any damage.
