
Students and staff at a school in Colwood may have been exposed to COVID-19.
Sooke School District (SD62) announced Saturday evening that David Cameron Elementary recently experienced a COVID-19 exposure.
Potential dates of exposure are Feb. 22, 23, and 24.
The district says Island Health is completing contact tracing.
Island Health defines an exposure as “the presence of lab-confirmed COVID-19 case(s) in the school” during the period when a person is infectious.
