Saanich Police are asking drivers to use alternate routes.
A Saanich road has been reopened after being closed due to a vehicle crash late Sunday morning.
According to Saanich Police, Tillicum Rd has reopened after being blocked off at Obed and Maddock Ave where a driver crashed into a home.
Police say the driver crashed because they suffered a critical medical emergency. They say the vehicle narrowly avoided hitting another person in the crash.
Saanich Police say the driver was taken to hospital and no other injuries have been reported.
The crash is still being investigated.
