Saanich police are sharing more photos of missing 23-year-old Kielan Hall, who was last seen more than a week ago.
“Kielan Hall remains missing, and Saanich Police are concerned for his health and well-being,” said police in an updated news release Tuesday.
They say his last confirmed sighting was around 6 a.m. Tuesday, March 14, when he was seen leaving a residence near Cooper and Admirals roads in Saanich on foot.
At the time, he was wearing a black zip-up Nike jacket, dark-coloured long pants, black and white Air Jordan shoes and a dark-coloured Atlanta Braves hat.
Police have provided two new photos of Hall, which were captured on Wednesday, March 13, at 10 p.m., about eight hours before he was last seen:
Hall stands at 6’0″ and weighs around 180 lbs., according to police.
He has brown hair, blue-grey eyes and several tattoos, including a black spider with a web behind his left ear, a melting smiley face on the inside of his right forearm, a devil tattoo on his chest and a newly tattooed dollar sign on his left thumb.
Last Monday, police said they were concerned for Hall “as he has exhibited behaviour that is out of character for him.”
Insp. Damian Kowalewich added that Saanich Police’s Major Crime Unit and Patrol Division were working with other agencies to find him.
Police are asking the public for help locating Hall, urging those who see him to “Please don’t wait, call immediately.”

“We want to thank those who have come forward to report sightings of Kielan,” Saanich Police added Tuesday. “We continue to investigate those tips, but none have led to us locating him.”
