Saanich police are hoping to identify two men who are believed to have been involved in two suspicious incidents earlier this year.

The first incident occurred on March 16, when two men reportedly approached a young girl at Lambrick Park and asked her for her phone number and address.

The second incident occurred on April 4, when two men were spotted in a parked white car speaking with a girl at a bus stop near Interurban and Wilkinson roads.

The pair reportedly asked if the girl wanted a ride, but she ignored them and they drove off, according to Greater Victoria Crime Stoppers.

Crime Stoppers says the description of the men in both incidents has been similar.

One man is described as being 20 to 30 years old, while the other is described as 40 to 50 years old with a thick Indian accent.

Anyone with information on the incidents or the identities of the men is asked to call Saanich Police or contact Crime Stoppers anonymously.
