Saanich police say death of man found in Gordon Head area on Thursday not considered suspicious

Saanich police said a man has been found dead in the 4200 block of Gordon Head Road on April 11, 2019.

Saanich police say the death of a man who was found in the Gordon Head area on Thursday afternoon is not considered suspicious.

They say his identity has been confirmed and his family has now been notified.

The investigation is now in the hands of the BC Coroners Service.

At around 1:45 p.m., Saanich police confirmed a man was found unresponsive and not breathing in the 4200 block of Gordon Head Road at Arbutus Cove Lane. BC Emergency Health Services initially responded to the report and determined the man died.
