Saanich police have arrested a 17-year-old boy wanted on second-degree murder charges after a taxi cab driver was shot to death in Toronto.

The incident happened the evening of Oct. 24, 2021 in Scarborough. Officers were called to a report for a taxi that crashed into a fence and then found the cab driver alone in the vehicle, unconscious and suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
