Saanich police are seeking help from the public to find a missing man who hasn’t been seen since earlier this month.

Police in a news release say the man was last seen the morning of Saturday, Feb. 3, in the area of Shelbourne Street in Saanich.

The missing man of no fixed address is new to the Saanich area, and police are concerned for his well-being.

“We are concerned for [his] well-being as he has not been heard from, and this is out of character for him,” said Saanich Police Insp. Damian Kowalewich.

“Our Major Crime Detectives are working with other agencies to locate him but encourage any tips from the public.”

Anyone who may have seen him since Feb. 3 or may know his whereabouts is asked to call Saanich Police at 250-475-4321.
