Saanich police are looking for witnesses to a hit and run that left a 20-year-old man with non-life threatening injuries.

Police said at around 9 p.m. on Feb. 18, the man was struck by a vehicle while he was walking along Admirals Road by Murray Drive. According to police, a neighbour heard a thump and when she looked outside, saw the man walking south on Admirals Road.

The man was taken to hospital and is being treated for non life-threatening injuries.

Police do not have any information at this time about the driver or vehicle involved. They are asking witnesses or anyone else who has information about the hit and run to call Saanich police at 250-475-4321 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
