Premier John Horgan unveiled a second draft of his climate plan to fill in gaps to meet 2030 targets on Tuesday.
But while he received praise for a focus on electrification, zero-emission vehicles and building code changes, he’s still under fire for old-growth logging and oil and gas subsidies.
