The province introduced new legislation Monday to create “bubble zones” that will protect hospitals and schools from anti-vaccination protests.

As CHEK News political correspondent Rob Shaw reports, the new rules are in response to protests in September where thousands of people gathered outside hospitals blocking access to emergency rooms.
