When the coronavirus arrived, it didn’t take long until buffets were forced to close down.
The days of serving yourself, also hit a major roadblock, as things like bulk food were also temporarily put on hold.
But while this was happening, a local company quickly adapted, and found success after shifting to online sales.
In this edition of Road to Recovery, CHEK’s Joe Perkins talks to Max Young, owner of For Good Measure, about how his business was able to adapt, survive, and thrive in Greater Victoria.
Within a couple of weeks of COVID-19 arriving and switching to online sales and deliveries, Young says For Good Measure was “almost bursting at the seams” due to skyrocketing demand.
