A road near Elk Lake in Saanich had to be closed Saturday due to flooding.
Saanich Police Department said in a press release Saturday that Oldfield Road experienced “significant” flooding.
As a result of the flooding, motorists have been asked to avoid Brookleigh Road, which connects to Oldfield Road, until further notice.
