North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP continues to search for Jesse and Violet Bennett, who were reported missing on Jan. 23.

The two were reported missing after Jesse failed to return Violet to her mother, as ordered by the Victoria Family Courts.

Jesse is described as a Caucasian man, 36-years-old, 5’10”, 160 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair (possibly shaved head or wearing hat), with a beard.

Violet is described as a Caucasian girl, seven-years-old, approximately four feet tall, weighing 50-60 pounds, with blue eyes and big natural curly hair.

Previously, RCMP believed the pair to be travelling in a Honda Civic, but now believe they may be in a 2001 black Dodge Dakota Sport club cab with a white canopy.

The license plate is not known, and RCMP has provided a stock image of the type of truck but do not have any photos of the actual truck the pair may be using.
