Pro Soccer franchise heading to Vancouver Island

WATCH: Canadian Premier League commissioner David Clanachan has awarded Vancouver Island a franchise for the league’s inaugural 2019 season. The team is expected to play out of Westhills stadium with the season kicking off in April of 2019.
