Premier John Horgan will be providing British Columbians with an update on school closures during the COVID-19 pandemic coming up at noon on Tuesday, March 17.
Joining Horgan will be Education Minister Rob Fleming and Minister of Finance Carole James.
Currently elementary and secondary schools are on spring break, while most post-secondary institutions have resorted to strictly online classes amid fears of the novel coronavirus.

Later in the day, Health Minister Adrian Dix and provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry will hold another press conference at 3 p.m. to address the latest news and numbers of COVID-19 in British Columbia.
