Police in Oak Bay is asking for help in their investigation of a man who allegedly exposed himself to a female teenager last week.
On March 19, police say the girl was seated on the rocks at the north end of the Esplanade in Oak Bay.
At about 3 p.m a man stopped walking on the sand, stared at her and allegedly exposed his genitals.
The female left the scene and returned home.
The man is described as Caucasian in his 30s, tall with a slender build and shaggy brown hair pulled back into a ponytail.
He was wearing a woolly, blue V-neck sweater and jeans.
Oak Bay authorities say they have not received any other similar reports.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to call Oak Bay police or Crime Stoppers.
