Oceanside RCMP are searching for a 39-year-old Parksville woman who was last seen on Jan. 23.
Tracy Kelly is described as Caucasian, 5’2″ (157 cm), 111 pounds (50 kg) with blonde hair and green eyes. She is believed to be driving a Grey 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan with BC Licence Plate GR9 81S.
Police said they are very concerned for Kelly’s health and wellbeing. Family and friends have told police it is out of character for her to be out of contact for this long.
