Victoria police say missing 75-year-old woman found safe

Victoria police say a 75-year-old woman who was reported missing from the area near the Royal Jubilee Hospital Tuesday has been found safe.

At around 12:55 p.m., police sent out an alert that Mary was missing and may be headed toward the Fairmont Empress Hotel. Police said she possibly boarded a BC Transit bus headed toward downtown and the Inner Harbour.
