Missing Cowichan Valley teen found safe

The mother of 15-year-old Frazer Smith-George says the teen has been found and is safe.

Smith-George was last confirmed to be seen on Sept. 28. On Oct. 4, Nanette-Smith, Frazer’s mother, confirmed he has been located.
