WATCH: Over 200 players descended upon Vancouver Island and the University of Victoria for the final stop of the Canadian Premier League’s (CPL) Got Game Open Trials.

Players from across the globe were put through a number of physical evaluations and small-sided games in front of the league’s coaching staff that included Pacific FC assistant coach James Merriman. CPL staff and several local coaches from the island’s soccer community were also on hand to make sure the day-long event went off without a hitch.
