Passengers denied boarding from Flair flights owed more: advocate

At least 50 passengers were denied being able to board three Flair flights departing from Victoria on Aug. 26. Nicole Kemp was one of those passengers, and she says she’s still awaiting her promised full refund from the airline.

But, an air passenger advocate says that all the passengers have to be compensated for missed work, incurred meals and accommodations and more. Gabor Lukacs says this case highlights how “broken” the current Air Passenger Protection Regulations are.
