The driver of a car had to be airlifted from the scene by air ambulance and flown to Victoria for treatment after a two car crash north of Qualicum Beach Friday evening. It appears one car rear-ended another car before it went off road right striking a tree. The victim had to be cut out of the car by Dashwood firefighters using the jaws of life.
