Oceanside RCMP are seeking help from the public to identify a man who allegedly stole packages from a residential porch in Qualicum Beach on Boxing Day.
On Dec. 26, 2023, around 9 a.m., a man was captured on a homeowner’s video surveillance stealing recently delivered packages, according to RCMP in a release Wednesday.
Mounties say the man, described as caucasian, appears to be in his 30s with a full, light brown beard and mustache. At the time of the alleged theft, he was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with a logo on the left chest area, dark pants and camel-coloured slippers with white fur lining.
Anyone who can identify the man is asked to call Oceanside RCMP at 250-248-6111 and quote file #2023-13490.
