A new driver’s vehicle was impounded after he was caught allegedly impaired while driving in Oak Bay.
According to the Oak Bay Police Department press release, an officer pulled over a 20-year-old male “N” driver near Fort Street and Foul Bay Road on Nov. 9.
The officer and discovered that the man was allegedly impaired and in breach of his driving license conditions.
The 20-year-old drive was then issued a 90-day driving ban, a 30-day vehicle impound and two tickets for violating the conditions of his drivers license.
