It’s not clear what that means, but Chief Public Health Officer Dr. Theresa Tam is warning the virus has become a serious health threat.
Courts across the country are cancelling all but urgent cases, gyms are shutting down, malls are shortening their hours of operation and employers are being urged to let staff work from home where possible.
