Police in Nanaimo are looking for the owner of a diamond ring that was found in September and has recently been turned over to officers.
Nanaimo RCMP says they are in possession of a lady’s diamond ring of considerable value and a blue mesh jewelry bag that was found Sep. 23 at a north Nanaimo grocery store.
The ring and bag were turned over to police Monday.
The jewelry bag has stencilled on it “Viamar Jewelry for the love of travel”.
Authorities are asking you to call police if you recognize the jewelry bag.
