Nanaimo RCMP looking for missing 17-year-old girl

Nanaimo RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 17-year-old girl.

Police said Brianna Fisher was last seen at around 10 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 7. According to police, after Fisher left her residence in south Nanaimo, she has not had contact with family or friends, which has them concerned for her well-being.

Fisher is described by police as Indigenous, 5’9,” (175 centimetres), 120 pounds (54 kilograms) with long, dark hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a blue hoodie and blue jeans.

Anyone who knows of Fisher’s whereabouts is asked to call Nanaimo RCMP at 250-754-2345 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
