Nanaimo RCMP says 59-year-old Karen Linda Clark has not been heard from in more than three weeks and is asking for help to find her.
Police began a missing person’s investigation Wednesday when Clark’s sister reported her missing.
She has not been seen or heard from since Feb. 16.
RCMP say her disappearance is totally out of character for her and even though she had talked about travelling to Vancouver, it has not been confirmed she went there.
Clark had recently been living with a family member on Metral Drive.
RCMP says her phone is not connected to a network and she has not responded to any emails, calls or texts from friends or family in the last month.
Clark is described by police as a white female, standing 5’6″ tall with long blonde or blonde/grey hair and has blue eyes.
Nanaimo RCMP is asking anyone to call them with any information on Clark’s location at 250-754-2345, or call Crime Stoppers.
