He had left his Saanich home on April 16 to travel to Nanaimo for work and has not been seen or heard from since.

Surveillance video shows Fournier was in the 2700-block of Mill Bay Road walking southbound between 5:30 and 6 p.m. on April 16.

He is described as 62 years old, 6’1″, 196 pounds with a medium build and short grey hair. He was last seen wearing glasses, blue jeans, a grey/brown t-shirt, grey/black running shoes and a dark coloured vest.

Police are concerned for his well-being since it is unusual for him to be out of contact with friends and family for so long or to leave his vehicle unattended.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call Shawnigan Lake RCMP at 250-743-5514.
