Police are seeking the public’s assistance in finding 29-year-old Shane Moon.
Moon was last seen Sunday when leaving the Nanaimo Regional General Hospital, according to RCMP in a release.
Authorities say his departure was unexpected, leaving his care providers concerned for his safety and well-being.
Moon is described as a Caucasian man that stands at 6’2″ and weighs around 230 lbs. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing yellow hospital pyjamas and a black hoodie.
