Lululemon will be the tenant of the ground floor unit at the corner of Government and Wharf streets, Cielo Group says.

In the coming months, Lululemon will open a flagship store on the ground floor of Customs House on Government Street, according to the developer.

Johnathon Sipos, president of Cielo Group, the developer of Customs House, tells CHEK News in an email that Lululemon aims to open this location before the summer season.

“[W]e are exceptionally proud to bring Lululemon to the front and center of Victoria’s Inner Harbour, building out a flagship location in our Customs House development,” Sipos said. “They are arguably Canada’s most iconic brand, and we could not have worked with a more exceptional tenant for the building and location.”

The retailer will be moving into the corner unit that borders Government and Wharf streets with an approximately 6,500 square foot space.

“While we can’t comment on lease particulars, we would anticipate them being at this flagship location for a long duration,” Sipos said.

CHEK News reached out to Lululemon for comment. This story will be updated if a response is received.
