WATCH: He has worked on over 50,000 guitars in the capital region and if you are a guitarist in Victoria, there is a good chance that your guitar has passed through the skilled hands of Scott Oakley. Videographer Steve Grebanier had a chance to sit down with this local guitar technician to discuss what has kept him “in tune” with his trade for over 40 years.
