WATCH: UVIC Senior Jordan Charles comments on what could be his last two home games at UVIC after spending six years with the Vikes basketball program.
The UVIC Vikes (8-10) need to win just one out of two games this weekend against the visiting MacEwan University Griffins (1-17) to solidify a spot in the Canada West Playoffs. Although there is a chance the Vikes could host a playoff series, it would take an unlikely combination of wins and losses by several other teams in the Canada West. With that said, Vikes seniors Mason Loewen, Jake Newman and Jordan Charles will play in what is likely their final two home games in a UVIC Vikes uniform starting Friday night at the CARSA Performance Centre.
