If you’re living Greater Victoria and you think could have COVID-19, there is a new place you can go to get tested.
Island Health announced Monday that they have opened a brand new COVID-19 testing site inside a parking lot located at the University of Victoria.
It is located inside parking lot number 10, just off West Campus Way and West Campus Gate.
The new testing site, like all other Island Health COVID-19 testing sites, is by appointment only and will be open from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. daily. Drop-in testing is not available.
Those wondering whether they need a COVID-19 test, Island Health stresses that people use the bc.thrive.health self-assessment tool or call 1-844-901-8442.
