Island Health is declaring an outbreak of COVID-19 at Clover Point Care long-term care home in Victoria.
This is in addition to five outbreaks declared Wednesday.
Clover Point Care, operated by Trillium Communities, has five residents and one staff member who has tested positive at the facility.
Glenwarren Lodge and Selkirk Seniors Village had additional cases identified with their outbreaks.
Three additional staff have tested positive at Glenwarren, bringing the total number of positive cases related to this facility to five residents and 10 staff members.
Selkirk has identified two additional staff cases, bringing the total to one resident and eight staff members who have tested positive.
Eden Gardens long-term care home in Nanaimo has identified two additional residents and one staff member, bringing the total to three residents and five staff members.
