WATCH: Island boxers Brandon Colantonio and Terris Smith had a great run, but ultimately fell just short of Canadian bragging rights at the 2019 Super Channel Boxing National Championships at Bear Mountain Saturday night.
Both Smith and Colantonio held their heads high in the loss, and will take home silver, an impressive accomplishment.
Colantonio said after the fight that he would use the silver medal performance as motivation towards his goal of being a world champion down the road.
